About our project and mission

future-oriented

Elevating accountability

Let’s face it. Consumers have suffered for many years. They have been denied access to the credit they need or have paid thousands more in interest fees than they should have. Why? Because of errors on their credit reports. A credit report is a consumer’s financial reputation on paper. Nothing is more important than having your reputation reflected accurately, and fairly. We at Consumer Information Accountability Advocates (CIAA), are ultimately consumer focused. We believe every consumer has the right to a fair and accurate credit report, regardless of their credit standing.

01

Bureau Direct Audits

No more audits on credit monitoring reports. Our software was designed to read and fully audit bureau direct credit reports.

02

Quantum Matrix Dispute Technology™ -Automated Factual disputes

No more “609” fluff, or piece disputes. Our Quantum Matrix Dispute Technology™ lays out every factual error, omission, and inconsistency in the same dispute. It’s like giving a student the answer sheet with the test.

03

Holding them accountable

If the student fails the test, even after we have given them all the answers, we hold them accountable! Our disputes are attorney approved and will hold up in court. If the bureaus and furnishers refuse to correct or delete the errors, our attorney network will sue or arbitrate.

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."

Albert Einstein

Automations to audit credit reports is nothing new, the only problem is there is no software that has the capability to audit a credit report directly from the source of the data, the credit bureaus. The only credit report that any other software on the market can audit are credit monitoring reports, such as Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, or IdentityIQ. The problem with credit monitoring reports

1.) Disputes based on credit monitoring reports do not stand in court.

2.) It is impossible to do an accurate and complete audit because they do not pull all of the data, and do not provide all of the Metro2 fields necessary to do an audit.

There is no shortage of software that audits credit monitoring reports, and new ones are introduced all the time promising unbelievable results, only to arrive at the same conclusion. CIAA wants to “stop the insanity” and provide something that will actually produce results, whether it’s through deletions, arbitrations, or in the courtroom. We will provide all the tools necessary to achieve maximum results. With these tools, there is no need for “dispute hacks”, 609 letters, or other tactics. This propelled us to create our  Quantum Matrix Dispute Technology™.

Our Founders' Vision

Passionate resolve

As 25+ year credit service professionals, our founders noticed a sharp decline in the accuracy of credit reports, and response rate of the disputes they were sending. Speaking with other professionals in the industry, they noted similar reports nationwide. It was also noticed the type of response to disputes (if you were lucky enough to get one) were basic form letter responses with no real answer to the dispute. They both knew something had to be done, or the trend would continue.  Applying themselves to learn new techniques, they studied the Pre-Litigation method. This is where our two founders met. After gaining a full grasp of Metro2 to learn a more thorough audit, and using this to compose Pre-Litigation dispute letters they began adding this method as their standard practice. They were shocked as they began auditing consumer credit reports to find anywhere between 10-20 Metro2 errors per trade account (even on positively reported trade accounts). They began composing the Pre-Litigation dispute letters listing every error they found the response rate, or quality of response to be nearly the same, except about 2-3 dispute responses that led to minor corrections. When auditing the updated credit reports, they had seen little changed. After realizing even the best prepared factual disputes were being treated like “609” disputes, a way was needed to take the next step in holding the bureaus and furnishers accountable. This is where the concept for CIAA and Quantum Matrix Dispute Technology™ was born.
